I have access to FHA, Conventional Loans, VA loans, Reverse Mortgages and many other programs. My clients come to the closing table having been guided and supported through every step of the process to obtain the best scenario for them in terms of rate, out of pocket cost and having their questions and concerns addressed without delay.

I’ve gained 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, office management and business administration, including extensive expertise in team dynamics, team leadership and the Ontology of individuals, teams and offices.
My industry expertise in the evolution of the modern business office comes from establishing, managing and working in business offices in Minnesota State Government, in the private financial sector as a Branch Owner and Manager of a mortgage company; in the areas of international marketing/contracts/engineering as an Executive Administrator, Human Resources Coordinator and Event Planner at Sperry Corporation; as well as Business & Finance Manager at a multi-million dollar construction company working with state and county contracts.
